Mama B’s Sea Food Chowder
This chowder will warm your cockles in the deepest of winter.
- 2 Red and Yellow Peppers
- 2 Big Potatoes
- 1 cup Scallops
- 1/2 cup Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Mama B's Seafood Blend
- 6 cups Milk
- 20 oz Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 6 oz Cream Cheese cubed
Julienne the red and yellow pepper.
Dice the potatoes into ½ inch cubes.
Put everything in a crockpot.
Cook up to 8 hrs. on low setting.
