What is it about storm days and food? The night before a storm the grocery stores are like a mad house. Why? Well if you’re anything like us, it’s because all we do on storm days is stay in and eat all day. Today my husband started cooking early in case the electricity went out. He made his delicious spaghetti sauce, a beef stew and chocolate chip banana bread. Here is his spaghetti sauce recipe. He wings it in the kitchen, so feel free to freestyle it a bit. This spaghetti sauce is also great in lasagna. Love them storm days!
