This week’s Featured Foodie is Katherine Burnett of Lady Baker’s Tea Trolley!
If you love tea you must try Lady Baker’s Tea Trolley teas. Tea lovers have long understood the positive effects of a well-brewed cup of tea and tea’s health benefits are widely recognized. Indulge yourself in the Lady Baker loose leaf tea experience and discover the rewards for yourself.
What makes Lady Baker’s loose leaf teas so special?
Lady Baker’s premium loose tea leaves are picked within a three to five-week seasonal peak and vacuum-packed within hours to prevent moisture from harming the leaf. She uses only the best seasonal quality loose leaf tea and has developed her own special blends based upon years of experience and customer feedback. With more than 50 varieties of black, green, oolong and white loose leaf teas, plus flavoured black and green teas, there are teas for every taste. Lady Baker loose tea is served in many fine dining establishments, in tea shops and at our popular tea bar at the Farmers Market in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
Also try Lady Baker’s, Lemon Curd. Delicious!
We had the pleasure of shooting portraits and product photography for Lady Baker’s Tea Trolley. I loved meeting owner Katherine Burnett. She is such a sweet person. The studio smelled so incredible during the shoot. We photographed her teas 2012 for the cover of the Craft Buyer’s Guide program when she won the PEI Craft Council‘s Award for Best New Product. I am a big fan of her teas so getting to know her was wonderful.
Enjoy a wonderful cup of Lady Baker’s tea at the Charlottetown Farmer’s Market every Saturday. A bunch of us went down and enjoyed a Sottish Caramel tea latte recently. Go treat yourself. You will love it.
